Unique Data Capture & TimestampCurtiss Wright Controls Defense Solutions offers the distinctive RapidReplay™ hardware system, only available through its Vortex family. The SDRxL employs RapidReplay™ to capture incoming sFPDP data frames and timestamp each frame at full sFPDP line rate. With RapidReplay’s time-stamping, Curtiss-Wright Controls offers you the accuracy you need for in-depth post-analysis of your critical data. Your data can be played back at a later time through the sFPDP channel while maintaining its integrity, due to RapidReplay’s™ prior to storage precise timestamping.
Scalable Storage Supports Any Record Time Each SBOD contains sixteen 450GB FC disks, allowing for 7.2TB of storage. Time-stamped data is transferred via FC to an external Vortex 3U SBOD. With four channels of 240MB/s sFPDP data (as in the SDR4L system), the SBOD allows for 2 hours of recording time. If more record time is required, another SBOD can be added. Curtiss-Wright’s FC disks are designed for around the clock service with MTBF of more than 1,600,000 hours.
