Scalable Storage Supports Any Record TimeUsing its sixteen 450GB FC disks, one SBOD can transfer time-stamped data to an external Vortex 3U SBOD, providing 7.2TB of storage. One channel of 800MB/s 10GbE data allows nearly 2.5 hours of recording; adding extra SBODs can provide more recording time. Curtiss-Wright’s FC disks are created with MTBF of >1,600,000 hours and 24/7 service.
Unique Data Capture & TimestampCurtiss-Wright’s Vortex family provides users the one-of-a-kind RapidReplay™ hardware system. Through RapidReplay™ time-stamping, Curtiss-Wright Controls gives you the accuracy needed for in-depth post-analysis on your valuable data. RapidReplay™ offers precise time-stamping prior to storage, presenting quality data play-back via the 10 Gigabit Ethernet channel. The SDR1X captures incoming 10GbE data frames with this hardware, time-stamping each frame near 10GbE line rate.
