Power Accessory Distribution System (PADS)
Many military vehicles currently lack power plugs available for 110, 12 and 5 volts, needed by soldiers to reliably operate equipment that requires theses voltages. PADS give users of military vehicles a plug-in solution to provide accessory power from the vehicle 28 VDC power source while in the vehicle cab.

Soldiers can plug in 110, 12 and 5 volt common plug items into the PADS without putting the vehicle equipment at risk.
